QLD: Factory blaze under control
Fifty firefighters have taken two hours to control a blaze at a suburban factory which
housed paints, aerosols, LPG, cardboard and lead.
Power was cut to the whole block surrounding the Dy-Mark factory at Wacol, and the factory
and all premises within the block were evacuated.
A fire brigade spokesman says emergency crews will take most of the afternoon to put out
the fire, and units will monitor the blaze overnight.
The fire was reported just after 11am.
